Ooley & Blackburn, founded by Steve Ooley and John Blackburn, is backed by lifelong automotive industry experience.

Steve Ooley:

Steve started the company in September of 1977. From the beginning he approached his dealership with a different outlook; you see, Steve was and still is a true car enthusiast. He has a diverse range of automotive interests as you can tell by the many car clubs he has been active in throughout the years. These clubs include The Rolls Royce Owners Club where Steve served as the regions technical director; the Shelby American Automobile Club where Steve once ran his GT350 in the infamous Cannonball Run; The Lamborghini Club of America (in 1992 Steve’s ’83 Countach won Best of Show at the Indiana Concours d’Elegance a show benefiting St. Vincent New Hope. Steve owns that Lamborghini to this day and last showed it at Concorso Italiano/ Pebble Beach in 1998). Steve’s greatest interest remains with the Porsche Club of America. In 1994 he was awarded the prestigious “Alton Dice Award” for the CIR/PCA enthusiast of the year. Steve is nationally recognized as an authority on the 1974-1989 911 series. He has contributed to many technical publications relating to these cars including the “911 Guide To Authenticity” authored by Mark S. Haab. Be sure to call Steve when you are ready to make your next purchase or you simply need advice. To Steve it’s not just a job; it’s a lifestyle.
